| Our Firm Serpico, Serpico & Siddiqui, P.C. consists of two attorneys, a staff of paralegals and other support personnel. We service individual clients with all of their real estate, estate planning and business needs and represent corporate clients, lenders, real estate developers, residential cooperatives/condominiums and handle estates and trusts. The Firm was formed as a successor to the law practice of John R. Serpico, who practiced law in Brooklyn, New York for over 30 years. John G. Serpico joined his father in 1993 and established his own firm in 1994. Rashidah S. Siddiqui joined the firm in 2003 and was made partner in 2005. Since the formation of the firm it has grown in size, breadth and quality of services. (Mr. John R. Serpico died in July, 2001).
