| Rashidah S. Siddiqui, Esq. Rashidah S. Siddiqui, a partner of the firm, graduated from Howard University in 1999 and Benjamin N. Cardozo Law School in 2002. She was admitted to practice law in New Jersey in 2002 and New York in 2003. Prior to joining the firm, Rashidah worked as a Legal Intern at Comedy Central, a law clerk for the NYS Attorney General's Office, Environmental Protection Department, The Author's Guild and the Law Office of Lloyd Jassin as an intern involving general practice and entertainment law. Rashidah is a member of the New York State Bar Association, American Bar Association, Association of the Bar of the City of New York, Brooklyn Bar Association and the New York Urban League, Young Professional Division. She is also a licensed Real Estate Broker and Notary. |
| John G. Serpico, Esq. John G. Serpico, the principal of the firm, graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 1982 and Villanova School of Law in 1986. John was admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey in 1987, New York in 1989, Connecticut in 1990 and Washington, D.C. in 1993. John worked for the U.S. Dept. of Labor, Pension & Welfare Benefits Department in Philadephia from 1986 through 1988 and as Associate Counsel for the Fidelity Mutual Life Insurance Company from 1988-1993. John is admitted to practice before the Eastern & Southern District Courts of NY, the District Court of NJ and the U.S. Tax Court. John is in good standing in all jurisdictions & is a member of the Assoc.of the Bar of the City of New York. He is also a licensed Real Estate Broker and Notary. |
