Our Attorneys
Our practice consists of three attorneys and a staff of paralegals, “Of Counsel” Attorneys and other support personnel. We service the real estate, estate planning and business needs of our individual clients as well as the needs of corporate clients and developers. We are also affiliated with attorneys who handle criminal law, personal injury cases, bankruptcy, employment law, guardianships and other legal matters.
The firm was formed as a successor to the law practice of John R. Serpico who practiced law in Brooklyn, New York for over 30 years. John G. Serpico joined his father in 1993 and established his own firm in 1994. Rashidah S. Siddiqui joined the firm in 2003 and was made partner in 2005. Since the formation of the firm, it has grown in size, areas of practice and quality of services.
